В браузерное расширение Slash требуется Senior Project Manager.
Slash.com is a browser extension that enhances the shopping experience — with one click you pay less. The "Buy with Slash" button appears on participating online stores, allowing users to shop with a lowered (or "Slashed") price without hassles like coupon codes or cash back. The company lives in the UK and growing globally with lots of partnering brands like Booking, eBay, AliExpress, Converse and many others.
What you will do:
- Manage the full cycle of day-to-day and week-to-week processes: daily meetings, PBR, retrospectives, sprint planning
- Give and assign tasks to the team members, control the development process, interact with FE/BE/QA departments
- Structure, and manage tasks in Jira, support the Gantt chart
- You will assist with organization of long-term planning and create a roadmap for the dev team
- Provide new developers/engineers with onboarding support
- You will control the system of incident escalation: manage duties, interact with the Customer Support team
- Manage individual development units - teams, side projects with outsourcers
And in the future:
- A full build out of demo-product process
- Preparation of stats from development sprints based on the time tracking and team members performance
- Automatization of interaction processes with the product and marketing teams
Expectations from you:
- Have 3+ years of XP in product development management
- Understand Agile frameworks: when, how and what for, and when it is better not to
- Understand the way production works in high technology companies: you can tune it (or rebuild it) for the maximum process efficiency
- Are a master communicator and negotiator, able to find balance between the business needs and comfortable environment for developers
- Have superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
