adidas is looking for a Senior project manager (Sustainability culture).
Key responsibilities:
Being a key driver and contributor in defining, managing and developing the activities to ensure realization of Sustainability goals of ‘Own the Game’ strategy in CIS.
Managing and executing multiple objectives and operations for global and cross-functional end to end topics, initiatives or programs.
Working with internal stakeholders to further integrate sustainability into operations in the Offices, Retail and DCs.
Liaising with key business teams to collate data and report on the effectiveness of the sustainability strategy and alignment.
Initiating internal and external research on sustainability solutions. Synthesize research and insights from various data sources to develop proposals.
Collating data and case studies from relevant departments to track sustainability performance and support sustainability reporting, for audiences that include the UN Global Compact Progress Reports.
Monitoring the impact of the multiple initiatives as the owner. Adapt initiative scope and roadmap in order to achieve objectives and create impact as planned. Resolve conflicting interests and communication gaps to keep progress on track.
Establishing communication channels and procedures between internal and external stakeholders, coordinators. Ensure consistent and transparent communication between all parties according to established procedures.
Raising awareness and engagement across sustainability initiatives among adidas CIS employees.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Strong project management skills.
Strong communicator and presenter at all levels of hierarchy.
Ability to drive cross-functional projects and organize project teams.
Sustainability enthusiast.
Fluency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS office tool.
