В игровую компанию Playrix требуется Senior Project Manager (Marketing).
Playrix is looking for a Project Manager in the workflow automation team who will work with the marketing and game analytics teams. The Project Manager is responsible for the timing, volume, and quality of deliveries, is deeply immersed in the development process, and works with the needs of business clients.
This position can be remote or based in one of the countries where the company operates. The company will assist with relocation to Armenia, Cyprus, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Portugal, or Serbia.
Tasks:
- Identifying needs and problems together with customers, as well as checking them for compliance with automation guidelines
- Conducting business analysis: identifying true needs, conducting research, offering solutions, and preparing the problem for system analysis
- Ensuring the team's backlog is up to date
- Supervising and assuming responsibility for the timing, volume, and quality of deliveries
- Planning team load and allocating tasks
- Supervising and improving processes within the team to achieve maximum productivity
- Conducting people management: hiring, development, 1-1, etc.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience managing complex/high-load marketing projects
- Experience managing a product team of 10+ people
- Experience conducting business analysis and being fully immersed in project details
- Experience in product work and conducting quantitative and qualitative user research
- Understanding of the development processes and principles of web services
