Hawex is looking for a Senior Project Manager to launch a crypto exchange in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Exchange launch planning;
- Vendor team management, no room for error;
- Setting up, adapting, managing processes on the project from collecting requirements to providing technical support;
- Conduct Scrum events: planning sprints, daily, stand-ups, retrospectives;
- Interaction with our partners;
- Project budget and risk management, project reporting;
- Organization of joint work, setting up a workflow, setting priorities, tracking deadlines;
IMPORTANT:
- RELOCATION IN THE UAE IS OBLIGATORY;
- Experience in the development and launch of unique products and projects (international) from 7 years;
- ENGLISH - free colloquial and technical;
- Understanding the work of exchanges and cryptocurrency exchanges;
- Understanding how devops works
- Understanding of software development tools and methods;
- Systems thinking;
- SCRUM and Waterfall - proficiency level 10 out of 10.
