Microsoft is searching for a Senior Program Manager (Dynamics 365).
Responsibilities:
Work with customers, partners, different Microsoft teams and do market research to collect, review and prioritize globalization, regulatory and localization requirements.
Prepare specifications and work together with stakeholders to gain acceptance of the functional scope to develop most impactful scenarios and features.
Drive feature development throughout the release lifecycle together with other program managers, software engineers and affected teams.
Validate features with customers and partners, communicate and implement customer/partner feedback.
Address customer and partners issues and escalations.
Represent Dynamics 365 globalization functionality externally by publications, conducting presentations and delivering trainings.
Contribute to Dynamics 365 globalization product strategy.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
Understanding of functional and technical architecture of Dynamics 365 Finance, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or other cloud ERPs proved by implementing, designing or programming ERP functionality.
In-depth knowledge in Finance and Accounting.
Knowledge of modern design and engineering methodologies.
Proven track record of successfully creating, building, and delivering software engineering projects.
Experience in influencing key decision makers and achieving agreement across teams and regions.
Demonstrated success for repeatedly driving features into the standard product.
Ability to build collaborative environments in distributed locations while holding groups accountable for results.
Programming, testing or consulting experience is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of relevant experience.
