Responsibilities:
- Head a team focused on crafting an unique customer experience in debit card, impacting millions
- Drive an ambitious sales plan with the goal of doubling volumes next year
- Collaborate with marketing, CVM, digital, and partner channels to achieve joint success
- Gather customer feedback to continually enhance the product and customer experience
Qualifications:
- A proven track record in scaling B2C products
- The ability to inspire and lead teams, fostering a collaborative environment across functions
- A keen interest in the technological aspects of products
- The drive to set and achieve ambitious goals, coupled with the skill to analyze data and derive customer insights
- Clarity in articulating complex ideas, both in writing and verbally
