В Kaspersky Lab открыта вакансия Senior Product Marketing Manager. 

 

Senior Product Marketing Manager owns Customer Journey Map and product marketing strategy for Unified Platform product line to ensure the customer efficiently progresses through all stages of customer journey.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop Product Marketing Guidelines for XDR and SIEM (KUMA) products;
  • Define the target audience and their needs and problems (together with Product Management);
  • Define product positioning and value proposition;
  • Define product messaging and naming;
  • Develop and maintain Customer Journey Map;
  • Define customer profiles and personas;
  • Define CJM stages and main touchpoints;
  • Define customers and company’s expectations for each stage;
  • Develop, request and validate marketing content (leaflets, datasheets, presentations, site
  • content…);
  • Develop required product marketing materials and keep them up-to-date;
  • Develop, request and validate marketing campaigns (internal and external);
  • Align product marketing strategy with company’s content strategy and brand strategy created by Global Marketing;
  • Present product value proposition, business version of the product roadmap and GTM strategy inside and outside of the company;
  • Hold Webex sessions for leads generation purposes
  • Develop and hold presentations for influence industry analysts, partners and customers;
  • Request and utilizes market, product, partner, and pricing competitive insights from Strategy Management department.


Qualification and requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing or business development in IT Security and desirably SIEM or XDR;
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or higher education degree in another area is required. Additional education in Product Management/ Product
  • Marketing/Business Administration is a plus;
  • Strong understanding of the corporate cybersecurity market including market segmentation, main trends, key customer challenges, key cybersecurity vendors and their products;
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy development and product launches is a plus;
    (In-depth/ specific) understanding of theories and practices in product marketing (product positioning, market segmentation, key customer needs, etc.);
  • Good understanding of the modern threat landscape (current state, future tendencies, development, B2B specific threat environment, etc.);
  • Understanding of the enterprise sales process for IT security projects;
  • Advanced fluent English;
  • Team-player who can also work independently;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Public speaking.


As a plus:

  • Knowledge and experience in SIEM, XDR, EDR, NTA, Threat Intelligence, NGFW, Anti-APT, UEBA, IRP;
  • Understanding of incident response and threat hunting processes;
  • Knowledge/experience of SOC processes;
  • Understanding of local/global compliance policies: GDPR, PCI DSS, ФЗ-187.
