Kaspersky Lab is searching for a Senior Product Marketing Manager.
Roles and responsibilities are broken down into the following categories:
1. Develops Product Marketing Guidelines for a specified product
Defines the target audience and their needs and problems for a specific product (together with Product Management)
Defines product positioning and value proposition
Defines product messaging
2. Develops Customer Journey Map for a specified product
Defines customer profiles and personas
Defines CJM stages
Defines main touchpoints
Defines customers and company’s expectations for each stage
Defines marketing assets for each touchpoint
3. Develops and request marketing content for a specified product
Develops required product marketing materials
Requests and validates marketing campaigns from Global Marketing
Align product marketing strategy with company’s content strategy and brand strategy created by Global Marketing
4. Presents product value proposition, business version of the product roadmap and GTM strategy inside and outside of the company
Influence industry analysts, partners and customers
5. Requests and utilizes market, product, partner, and pricing competitive insights from Strategy Management department
What the company expects from you:
5+ years of experience in product marketing
Proven achievements in product marketing of software or services
Advanced PC user: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong communication and analytical skills
Advanced English.
