YUM Restaurants Russia is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
Identify the right mix of dishes and combos for eCom channels (own app, web, partners’ platforms) to maximize sales;
Manage prices and promo activities in a way that would provide a right balance between value for the customer and healthy gross margin for restaurants;
Develop marketing plan cross-functionally with national, local, and digital marketing teams to drive sales across all channels – own app and web, delivery aggregators (like Delivery Club and Yandex.Eda), partners;
Implement the marketing plan and manage its operational details;
Identify customer pain points, funnel bottle necks and opportunities for growth, define business requirements for new features, promo mechanics and services in own channels (app, web), work cross-functionally with product tech team to implement requirements, oversee successful implementation;
Develop required analytics and metrics to track the results;
Participate in negotiations with potential partners, lead the process of contracting from the first contact through to signed deal;
Implement the agreements and manage the relationship on a regular basis, serve as a primary point of contact for partners.
Qualifications:
5+ years in product marketing or product management role in digital/eCom business in industries like QSR/food, retail, eGrocery;
Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs, to structure, develop, and model a business case;
Ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management, marketing, creative teams;
Ability to think, analyze and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment;
High attention to details, flexibility and willingness to be resourceful in getting things done;
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and keep focus on strategic efforts;
High English language proficiency.
