Крупная международная компания-поставщик трансферов на горнолыжные курорты в поиске кандидата на роль Senior Product Manager, который будет отвечать за все продукты компании (веб-сайт, мобильные приложения и запуск новых продуктов).
Responsibilities:
- Creating a product development strategy and preparing a roadmap
- Market and competitors research
- Identifying key inefficiencies and issues in existing Alps2Alps products, formulating and testing hypotheses
- Prioritizing initiatives based on their impact on the company's business metrics
- Deeply studying and understanding the behavioral patterns of our users and their needs
- Writing user stories for the development team and maintaining close communication with the team
- Defining key metrics and designing a product health dashboard in collaboration with an analyst
As for creating a new product:
- Studying the current state of the Ski Pass sales market (in collaboration with our operations department)
- Conducting customer development interviews with both users and partners (Ski Pass sellers)
- Building a Customer Journey Map (CJM) for the user product and designing the user experience (UX)
- Designing the user interface (UI) of the product in collaboration with a designer
- Understanding the needs of partners and designing the partner product
- Project management of the entire project: managing timelines, risks, and communication with stakeholders
- Collaborating with the technical team to develop a technical vision of the product (how it will be designed under the hood)
- Assigning tasks to the development team
Requirements:
- Experience as a (Middle/Senior) Product Manager for at least 4 years
- High level of independence and proactivity, results-oriented
- Ability to prioritize a large number of directions and initiatives, identifying what is critical and important
- Knowledge of core product management approaches and frameworks: CJM, Story Mapping, Value Added Chain, UX design, Lean Canvas,
- Customer Development Process, ICE prioritization
- Ability to create a seamless online-offline user experience
- Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture
- Systematic and analytical thinking
- Understanding of key technology approaches (API, SDK, basic architectural elements, mobile app development, ...)
- Ability to work with complex product systems that have two sides (in our case of the new product, Ski Passes partners and tourists)
- Project management skills and the ability to mitigate risks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ensure transparency and structure in information
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher
