Gett is looking for a smart, passionate Product Manager to play a key role in the teams (Billing, Payments, Customer Care).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the ideation, planning and development of new products and features.
Play an active role in defining the product roadmap, and taking it from vision to reality.
Work collaboratively with other product managers, developers, and stakeholders across our different regions and domains to provide solutions that can help us more efficiently achieve our goals.
Analyze the performance of various solutions, and iterate until business needs are met and customer satisfaction is reached.
Understand our strategic position vs. the competition, and work day in and day out to improve it - by delivering value aligned with our business goals.
Define metrics, analyze usage patterns, and solve problems that block us from reaching our goals.
Navigate in a fast-paced, fluid environment, where the product development and business requirements may often take new turns.
Work with teams from different parts of the world and articulate our vision, mission, priorities, challenges and opportunities.
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant product management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience building and shipping technical products.
Experience working across multiple teams and delivering platform-wide solutions.
A great sense for business, technology, and UX -with proven ability to work with business stakeholders, and developers, in a dynamic environment.
Ability to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on mentality, with a proven ability to get things done in high quality.
English proficiency is a must.
