Gett is looking for a Senior Product Manager.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the ideation, planning and development of new products and features, that will make Gett’s platform even more valuable for our corporate admin persona.
Work with other product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders across our different regions.
Understand strategic position vs. the competition, and work day in and day out to improve it — by listening to our customers and delivering value aligned with our business goals.
Define metrics, analyze usage patterns, and solve problems that block us from reaching our goals.
Navigate in a fast-paced, fluid environment where the product development and business requirements take new turns every single day.
Work with teams from different parts of the world and articulate our vision, priorities, challenges and opportunities.
Requirements:
2.5+ years of product management experience.
A great sense for business, technology, and UX -with proven ability to work with business stakeholders, developers, and designers under pressure, while keeping your cool.
Ability to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them.
Technological orientation and understanding of the development cycle.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
English proficiency is a must.
Hands-on mentality, with a proven ability to get things done in high quality.
Can-do attitude to the problems and great ownership over the entrusted areas of product.
