The company expects candidates to have the following skills:
More than 2 years of experience as a product owner / project manager / analyst in a development team for financial companies
Skills in developing user interfaces and flows (prototyping, detail in interface design, usability, UX writing, a sense of beauty)
Experience in managing product teams (from planning and prototyping to new feature deployment)
Deep empathy in modeling user behavior in sophisticated product flows
Analytical (financial and technical) and organizational skills, with the ability to develop product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
Ability to understand sophisticated product concepts and financial models
Excellent problem identification and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a rapidly changing, time-packed, and dynamic environment
Excellence in English writing
The following skills as a strong advantage:
Experience with financial derivatives and professional trading products
Experience in math modeling
Good knowledge of contemporary art and design
Degree in Computer Science
Duties:
Communicate the product strategy to the development team
Prioritize the development team
Monitoring and analysis of product metrics
Designing product flows and user stories
Shaping UI/UX developments with the front-end team
Responsible for lagging product validation (maintaining and prioritizing)
Determine product requirements based on customer research and competitor analysis
Formulation, prioritization, and testing of product hypotheses aimed at improving product performance and achieving set goals.
