Банковский сервис TAG ищет Senior Product Manager.
TAG is one of the leading startups in Pakistan to address million of the unbanked population and bring world-class financial services to people. Currently, many million operations every month still happen in cash - and company is changing that at a fast pace.
Current banking services in Pakistan don't let open accounts easily, nor provide quick and convenient payment services, and the level of transparency and support people need today. So, company is going to change that.
Company is a Y-Combinator company (Summer 2021 Batch) backed by top-line investors from Silicon Valley and the Middle East. As an early-stage company, not only there is an opportunity for massive impact but also as a fast growing company there is ample opportunity for personal and professional growth.
You will be joining a team that builds new products from ground up - from integrating with underlying banking and payment infrastructure to building secure public APIs. Product & Tech team is fully remote and distributed across Europe and Middle East.
About the position:
- Company is looking for a responsible Product Manager who will work with cross-functional teams to help them design, build and roll-out products that deliver the TAG’s vision and strategy
- Company expects you to be passionate about building products that customers love. You also should be comfortable working in a remote-first dynamic and fast-paced environment
What you will be doing:
- Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Research, understand and analyze customer needs and expectations
- Develop buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Prepare detailed product requirements and prototypes, based on the product strategy
- Review and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Organize product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Build relations with internal stakeholders and customer experience team to solicit feedback on TAG’s products and services
What you require to succeed:
- 5+ years' experience of working on a Product Manager or an Associate Product Manager position
- Significant experience of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
- Significant experience of developing product and engagement strategies and effectively communicating recommendations to executive management
- Excellent understanding of software development and web technologies
- Strong problem solving skills and high responsibility
- Strong ability of working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MS or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant area is a big plus
