What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies for the product
  • Regular analysis of business performance and competitive activities and proactively leading the action plans
  • Regular market and consumer analysis to identify key drivers/barriers and develop a list of actions to drive brands growth
  • Preparation for commercial review on a monthly basis (sales forecast, market and competitors’ analysis (IQVIA, Alpharm, Prindex), tracking of the main brand projects
  • Manage promo expenses and brand P&L
  • Planning and monitoring of federal events together with a medical adviser, communication with KOLs
  • Proactive communication with sales force and cross-functional teams (medical, trade, e-com, logistics, trainers, regulatory)

 

Key Requirements:

  • University degree (medical or pharmaceutical is preferred)
  • Prior Business Degree or Marketing qualification
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in marketing not less than 4 years
  • English (upper-intermediate)
  • Good command of PC (good knowledge of Excel and Power Point)
  • Stress tolerance, readiness for multitasking job
  • Outstanding business leadership skills
  • Self-awareness
