Responsibilities:
- Build your international career with the innovate insurtech company
- Develop and implement product strategy in the Life & Medical Insurance sector
- Manage the full lifecycle of insurance products from ideation to launch and ongoing development
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product launch and promotion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, actuaries) to achieve business goals
- Monitor financial performance and product KPIs
- Implement best practices and innovative approaches in product development and management
Requirements:
- The company is looking for Senior Product Manager for Medical Insurance Products, who want to join us to maintain key product metrics (medical insurance unit) and launch new web & mobile products in Qatar, UAE, and Oman.
Conditions:
- Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
- We are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 18 different countries
- Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT
- Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday
- Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs
- Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
- Probation period – 3 months
- Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar
