Vivid Money is an innovative FinTech start-up that offers a unique mobile banking app at your fingertips. Now they are looking for a Product Manager with a customer-centric and growth mindset to increase the activation and retention of customers.
The successful candidate must be ready to transform ideas into detailed and thought through concepts, work closely with developers, designers and researchers to constantly improve our engagement among our customers.
What you’ll do:
Be part of the Growth-Virality: work on the Virality of our products
Work with existing users in order to get new users to gain value out of our products
Encourage users to spread awareness of our products to their network
Possess strong product-centric mindset with an ability to go deep into details of a particular product scenario
Build, develop and manage product roadmap
Define product requirements and translate them into detailed specifications
Build and track product metrics, request constant improvements
Demonstrate skills in translating business-level target metrics into tangible product improvements
Be proficient in measuring the impact of product improvements delivered, and have experience working with product analytics
What you’ll need in order to be successful:
4+ years of hands-on product management experience is required
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Excellent product sense and understanding of customer needs
Understanding of A/B testing and hypothesis-driven development
You have a product-oriented approach: able to see the core pain, data-informed, pro-market intelligence, able to provide a smooth experience to clients both online and offline
You understand and apply lean hypotheses validation principles
Build, develop and manage the product roadmap
Define product requirements and translate them into detailed specifications
Build and track product metrics, request constant improvements
