Novo Nordisk is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Diabetes).
Main responsibilities:
Senior Product Manager will ensure innovative products, develop and execute product strategical and tactical plan in line with Global and affiliate strategy; communicate the marketing programs to internal stakeholders; maintain and develop relationships with target customers and external stakeholders. One of your key tasks will be the proper cross-functional planning and collaboration.
You will develop the product campaigns for advertising, sales force promotional materials, digital channels. One of your targets will be to analyse market research to identify trends and assess the product’s competitive position; communicate product promotions and plans to the Sales force.
You will ensure projects development and execution in Public segment; maintain and execute a regular visit plan to target customers in coordination with the Sales force.
Qualifications:
We expect our candidate has a high medical or pharmaceutical (first two preferable) or business education, as well as at least 4 years of experience in the top pharma companies (business development/marketing/sales) including more than 2 years as product/brand manager (experience in hospital or tender Rx appreciated). You have strong communication and presentational skills, analytical, constructive, and open-minded thinking and fluent English and Russian.
You have an in-depth understanding of the role of product manager in pharmaceutical industry, marketing tools and activities. You are able to work with cross-functional stakeholders. You have excellent communication skills. You are driven, can take initiative, and are agile in actions. Your personality is aligned with our Novo Nordisk Way.
