AliExpress Russia is looking for Senior / Lead Product Manager to be responsible for CRM stream (both B2C and B2B platforms).
What you will do:
- Development of the new CRM platform, both for buyers and sellers
- Determine the product strategy, key milestones and resources needed
- Manage key product streams
- Prepare product requirements for software engineering teams
- Coordinate product launches and control crucial metrics
- Perform retrospective meetings and support further product development
Candidate profile:
- At least 4 year of Product Management experience (preferably in E-Com or Classifieds)
- Strong analytics skills (ideally to have good SQL knowledge and Power BI / Tableau skills)
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent knowledge of digital and e-comm business metrics
- Experience in working in agile teams (Business – Product – Engineering)
- Ability to confront business / tech pressure and find win-win solutions
