As a Senior Product Designer on the User Acquisition team you will operate at the crossroads of product and marketing. Your area of responsibility includes our product websites and landing pages (resume.io, career.io, topresume.com and more) as well as our media resources. By working closely with your product manager and marketing team to improve the C0, you will continually enhance the user experience in getting to know our products. You will advance the visual communication language of our brands and be responsible for the look and feel of a user's first contact with our services.
Key qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in creating high-quality websites and landing pages, designing at the crossroads of product and marketing – preferably in an international environment
- Experience in building strong visual solutions that enhance brand language
- Experience working in a product team, understanding of the basics of product development.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma. Fluent knowledge of key graphics software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience operating with design systems
- Self-directed, energetic, and collaborative work style across remote teams
- Ability to work within both well-defined requirements or with ambiguity and flexibility
- The ability to propose and present your ideas and advocate them.
- Genuine, mature personality, that encourages and provides constructive feedback
- English language skills sufficient for communication with colleagues
- Experience with animation or video production/editing
- Experience with Readymag
