A distributed team with HQ in San Francisco and Singapore is looking for a senior product designer to help build a great tool for remote workers.
By joining team as a Senior Designer you would have a chance to:
- Learn what company already knows about the customers and the market, and contribute to product vision
- Enhance (or even reinvent) product visual language
- Lead Design sprints and iterate on a product in close contact with customers
- Own the in-product customer journey and optimize it by means of design
- Team-up with product manager to build a design roadmap and execute on it
What you will need:
- At least two years of experience in web product design
- Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of what is under the hood of a web layout
- Understanding of how human attention works and how it impacts UI/UX design guidelines and principles
- High esthetics standards and a feel for animations, typography, and layout
- Ability to read analytics and understand quantitative and qualitative data
- Know how to build a design feedback loop
- Portfolio to demonstrate all of the above
It would be a massive plus if you have in your portfolio:
- Consumer web apps such as finance or analytics
- Productivity or no-code tools
- B2B admin panels made for humans
- Mobile apps
- Ads
- Landing pages
- Blogs, magazines
