BlaBlaCar is looking for a Senior People Business Partner.

 

BlaBlaCar is the world’s leading community-based travel network, connecting over 100 million members across 22 countries looking to carpool or travel by bus. Your Mission:

  • Company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join the People Management team at Blablacar
  • As a People Business Partner, you will be in charge of a specific population located in RU within a team of 5 HRBPs
  • As a Business Partner, you will work closely with the Executive Committee member you are dedicated to, align human resource strategies and practices with the overall business objectives of an organization and by implementing the Blablacar People strategy within your scope of responsibilities
  • You will be managing the team of 4 and will be reporting to the Head of HRBPs

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Adapt, develop and deliver BlaBlaCar overall People strategy to Russian business reality, create People agenda for Russia in accordance with global and company standards and local business specifics
  • Oversee the day to day operations of the people department providing professional leadership in all people topics, managing a team of 4 and subcontractor
  • Be the point of contact of the Executive manager and VP, responsible for Russian business, in charge of your scope to build a HR strategy supporting the business and managers
  • Collaborate with global and local Finance Team (FP&A) to build and deliver the most efficient resource allocation
  • Support the managers with resource planning, organization and people strategy, taking care about HC 100+ people in 4 locations (Moscow, Tula, Izhevsk, Tomsk + remote employees)
  • Ensure labor law compliance and managing all labor law processes within Russia, including maintenance of local and global HRMS
  • Manage all Payroll related processes for Russia
  • Support the periodical performance and compensation review processes
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Global People Team (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development…) to ensure compliance with Global People processes
  • Challenge and provide feedback on the existing People processes and tools
  • Provide coaching to managers and participate to recruitment processes, probation period follow-up and career discussions when required

 

Your Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar position & in an international environment with an emphasis in performance management, organizational design, leadership coaching and employee relations
  • Experience in demonstrating judgment and problem-solving skills about people and organizational issues; you have a creative, solutions-based mindset
  • Practical experience with HRMS (Workday and 1C preferred) is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and managers
  • Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking and analytical mindset
  • Self-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
  • Fluency in English
