First super-app for decentralized finance (DeFi) is searching for Senior Marketing Strategist.

 

DeFi is a term describing financial applications that are built on blockchain. 
Сompany provides a unified multitool that gives you full access to all the advantages of DeFi in one place. You can lend, borrow, trade on margin, swap, stake, and of course earn with it.

 

Company expects candidates to have the following skills:
5+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fintech industry or finance
Proven experience in building marketing, PR, and brand strategy from the ground up
Ability to analyze the competitive environment and available data to figure out market trends and to identify marketing opportunities
Experience in facilitating organic user acquisition, including SEO and CRO
Successful experience in content marketing and creating content strategies
Deep understanding of PR techniques and content distribution
Excellent skills in identifying growth opportunities and outlining an action plan to seize these opportunities
Ability to understand sophisticated technical and financial concepts
Structural thinking and ability to prioritize the pipeline
Hands-on experience in the cohort analysis and the analysis of customer funnels
Strong skills in defining an appropriate tone of voice for marketing materials and content
Excellency in preparing presentation decks and other marketing materials
Perfection in presentations, pitches, and communication
A data-driven approach to improving a chosen strategy
Growth hacking mindset and motivation to constant experimentation
Fluent English (C1+)

 

Company considers the following skills as a strong advantage:
Experience in trading stocks/derivatives/cryptocurrencies
Successful experience in a similar role in known DeFi startups
Hands-on experience in web analytics (GA and other tools)
Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial markets

 

Duties:
Create and plan high-growth marketing campaigns
Define Equilibrium’s professional and retail audience segments and outline the acquisition strategy for each segment
Develop new marketing tactics and identify opportunities to expand into new channels and improve company`s tactics on current channels to boost user acquisition and retention
Grow engagement of the Equilibrium user base through high-quality content
Scale and automate the growth process of new customer acquisition channels
Find the most efficient ways to drive traffic to company`s website, landing pages, social media, apps etc.
Prioritize and optimize company`s growth channels
Optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels
