JustControl.it is a marketing analytics platform built by marketers for marketers. The company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager.
General Responsibilities:
Develop & implement marketing campaigns for greatest business and brand impact;
Manage and track marketing budgets and ensure effective budget use, meeting or exceeding efficiency targets;
Deliver integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty including creating content and sales funnels;
Create expert YouTube channel and high-value content, incl. videos, case studies, whitepapers and guides;
Develop & execute social media strategy (content plan, creative concept development, assigning tasks to designers);
Run email and lead generation campaigns incl. creating banners, landing pages in close collaboration with designers and developers;
Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and budgets;
Maintain internal operational documentation (in Russian).
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience;
Excellent written and verbal English skills;
Experience in producing marketing collateral;
Experience in online advertising (Google and Facebook Ads);
Experience in managing social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram);
Basic knowledge of the industry, strong analytical skills.
