eCarsTrade is a young, fast-growing, international online car auction platform. The company is searching for a Senior Marketing Manager (digital).
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
Analyse competitive landscape of the market (SWOT)
Define target audience and main user segments
Identify main growth points on every market/user sergeants
Develop and execute marketing strategy to ensure growth in selected markets
Develop, execute and update various multichannel media plans
Establish & control marketing activities of team members or contractors (SEO, SMM, Content, Design, CRM, etc.)

2+ years of successful work as a marketing strategist
Strong experience in competitive analysis
Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels
Experience with CRM software (eg Hubspot)
Good understanding of inbound marketing
Experience in running SMM activities across different networks
Basic copywriting skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Know what CRO is
Understand what value nurturing stands for
Been practicing customer development for some time
