MultiBank Group is undertaking an IEO and launching its Token and thus looking for Crypto experienced Senior Marketing Manager (all nationalities and languages are welcome) for an opportunity to work with MultiBank Group in Dubai.
You will be responsible for company’s marketing strategy and campaigns on all communication channels, partnerships and building community. You will focus on developing marketing plans to build the reputation of the company, enhance brand value, and awareness in the cryptocurrency market. You will also be responsible for building and leading the crypto marketing team, identifying target audiences, and leading the execution of the campaigns and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Crypto Marketing Specialists with the following objectives
- Build large communities for the MultiBank Group IEO in Telegram, Reddit and other social media crypto platforms
- Use all marketing avenues open for crypto and IEO marketing including in particular the promotion of the MultiBank Group Token
- Analyse user experience and identify potential improvements
- Brainstorm and come up with ideas of new campaigns to meet the objectives
- Develop and lead the overall marketing and content strategy of MultiBank Crypto Exchange and MultiBank Token during private rounds and public rounds
- Perform research on the Crypto market, latest trends, and competition to spot opportunities for the growth of business
- Analyse user experience and identify potential improvements
- Brainstorm and come up with ideas of new campaigns to meet the objectives
- Build and lead the crypto marketing team and manage relevant marketing communities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing/communications or 3+ years marketing/communications and experience as a crypto product manager
- Passionate and familiar with cryptocurrency, blockchain and DeFi ecosystems
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Extreme focus on quality of work and a strong eye for detail
