ABBYY Is looking for a Senior Manager of Web Service.
Responsibilities:
To plan for and manage the staff, resources, budget and other administrative supports of the ABBYY Technical Web Experience Team;
To supervise the activity of the Web Experience Team;
To evaluate the performance of the Web Experience Team;
To monitor and evaluate the external environment & competitive position of ABBYY online;
To advise ABBYY teams regarding appropriate online strategy;
To advise ABBYY regarding best online practice;
To plan new developments for ABBYY online, in conjunction with internal stakeholders, and manager;
To oversee the delivery of new developments for ABBYY’s digital web experience including business modeling, user research, requirements definition, interface design and support;
To communicate with internal stakeholders, e.g. Senior Management Team, marketing, and others as needed;
To communicate with external agencies;
Other appropriate responsibilities as needed from time to time.
Requirements:
University Degree (BA/BS) in technology, business or marketing, or equivalent preferred;
5+ years’ experience in project management and leading technical web and web experience teams in a B2B environment;
Problem-solving and delivery-oriented mindset;
Strong organizational and prioritization skills and attention to detail;
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, to handle multiple tasks at once, and to work under strict deadlines;
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage and communicate with many stakeholders in multiple formats;
Excellent English communications skills, spoken and written. Ability to speak French, Italian, German or other languages a plus;
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
