What you will do:
Senior client engagement, ability to successfully sell consulting assignments to C-level executives
Project management of several simultaneous consulting projects running at different remote locations
Training of junior consulting staff in technical and engagement skills
Your experience and capabilities:
6+ years of experience, out of which at least one year in management consulting
Extensive experience in Retail, FMCG industry (through industry employment or consulting project work)
Experience in commercial excellence / go-to-market strategy / revenue management / trade marketing etc. is crucial
Knowledge of key issues and current developments in retail industries globally and in Russia
Developed capability in managing projects and priorities
Experience of supervising / guiding junior team members
Experience of establishing and developing trusted relationships with senior level managers and executives
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Strong capability of storyboarding and presentation skills
Advanced MS Office user (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Fluent English and Russian.
