Responsibilities:
Building and delivering brand comms strategy for Originals & Style to the CIS market
Adjusting global strategic priorities and marketing plans according to the local needs, delivering 360 degrees approach to campaigns, implementing seasonal marketing calendars
Executing launches of the campaigns across various channels
Building brand seasonal budgets aligned with the head of business unit and cross-functional teams
Protecting the brand identity
Close collaboration with the global brand comms team in terms of providing feedback, reporting, seeking the best solutions for the market
Competitive analysis
Campaigns analysis, learnings, efficiency
Team leadership and talent development
Presenting & defending campaign concepts & cases in front of board of directors
Requirements:
3-5 years at a leading brand comms position in an international company or working with large global brands
Expertise of launching 360 degrees campaigns: including social, media, ecom
Strategic planning expertise from short to long term
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Experience of local content creation and agencies’ management
Budget building, implementation and reporting with focus on ROI
Project management of complex cross functional teams is a plus
Retail expertise is a plus
Planning and project management skills, strong public speaking skills, collaborative skills, analytical and strategic thinking
