The world’s leader in pizza delivery operating Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Senior Local Store Marketing Manager (Trade).
Your main functions:
Develop Local Store Marketing Strategy and execution plan;
Lead marketing support for New stores opening plans;
Provide expertise and create and implement plans of local marketing support to ensure new store is fulfilling agreed business case plans on turnover;
Agree with Fz partners on 360 degree communications plans and execution, with emphasizes on out of store and in-store activities on trade territory (ООН, BTL, Digital);
Ensure effectiveness of plans and execution;
Deep dive in insights and specifics of each dedicated region to increase relevance and marketing effectiveness of local store marketing;
Be an expert in ways of maximizing local marketing effectiveness with territory specifics;
Initiate and develop innovation around promo mechanics, sales channels, consumer experience;
Build relationships with partners via providing marketing expertise on business performance.
What we need from you:
University degree;
Professionals with 5+ years of experience;
Specific hands on experience in marketing communications management, trade marketing or retail marketing with Russian regions;
Business results oriented and eager to find ways to improve marketing performance;
Excellent in cognitive thought and problem solving;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Enthusiastic about new challenges and living in a fast-changing business environment;
Good command of spoken and written English;
Ready for travel (travels in average once in a month to the regions).
