ViacomCBS islooking for the experienced Senior Legal Counsel who will be responsible for drafting and advising on various legal issues connected with licensing, content distribution and events whilst supporting and advising on a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters in Russia, CIS and Baltics.

Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience as a lawyer or senior lawyer (in-house or law firm)
Experience in media and/or related spheres such as film production, legal consulting (tmt/intellectual property)
Deep knowledge of civil, corporate, intellectual property, copyright and mass media law
Strong drafting and negotiations skills
Ability to work independently
