ROLE DESCRIPTION
Provides a limited range of legal counsel and solutions to assigned LOB’s and/or internal functions. Assists in drafting, negotiating complex transactions. Participates as a member of cross functional teams providing legal counsel to assigned LOBs and practice areas.
Area 1: Assist in providing legal services to mgmt.
Area 2: Provide legal counsel to LOB’s and internal functions
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of legal experience
- Profound knowledge of the local Data Protection and/or Antitrust laws and law-enforcement practice
- Project Management competences and experience: preferred
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Graduation from accredited law school, further graduation may count as experience (depending on local differences)
- English: Fluent – Expert, German: preferred
- Business English: fluent
