Job Description
Provide support on general corporate and commercial legal matters for the company’s Russian entities;
Support drafting and negotiation of various contracts and legal documents;
Identify and Manage legal risks in merchants’ claim issues and provide pragmatic solutions;
Assist in all aspects of management of litigation matters;
Provide advice support and training to business units on legal and compliance topics;
Maintain communication with external lawyers;
Business travels both domestic and international are required.
Job requirements
Native level for Russian (verbal and written), excellent English language skill is required. Chinese language skill is preferred but not mandatory;
Qualified lawyer in Russia, qualified and admitted in foreign jurisdictions (i.e., common law country) may be considered with 7 years’ legal related working experience;
Must be willing to work in Moscow, Russia;
Candidate who has Experience in the logistics and/or E-commerce industries is preferred;
Strong leadership ability marked by honesty and integrity;
Strong analytical skills with an affinity for technical contexts;
Good communication skill, self-starter, enthusiastic to work with our business teams. Ready to work hard in an exciting fast-paced environment.
