Legal and Compliance program manager RCIS will support the Compliance & Legal Director Emerging Markets as well as the VP, General Counsel EMEA to enhance the legal workflow in regions of Russia and CIS and support the EMEA Emerging Markets regional compliance program execution and risk management. In addition, the person will support the Director and VP to continue implementing a state-of-the-art Compliance program & Legal structure. The incumbent will work alongside with the Russia & CIS Compliance Business Partner.
- Be an active part of the EMEA Emerging Markets Legal & Compliance team
- Support the continued set-up and optimization of the legal structure in the Region
- Support the business team with Distributor contract negotiations and management
- Support the indirect procurement team with vendor contracts
- Draft and review of contract templates both for commercial and procurement
- Oversight in corporate legal support and POA drafting & approval
- Update Legal policies
- Provide legal assessment on personal data protection Law, antitrust, advertisement and other commercial related matters
- Provide legal advice towards ongoing business matters
- Monitor and implement all local regulations
- Support the Compliance & Legal Director Emerging Markets in setting the strategic direction of the Compliance program in Russia CIS and other Emerging Markets countries.
- Work alongside with the Compliance Business Partner Russia & CIS in supporting the region and establishing strong policies and procedures
- Review company policies and advise on the policies to be reviewed and drafted in Russia CIS and other Emerging Markets countries. Ensure compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure
