A leading global medicines company Novartis has announced a position of a Senior Learning Partner CEE Cluster.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited:
Manage Corporate University programs in CEE Cluster (Fundamental Leadership and Personal Efficiency) based on Novartis Leadership and proficiency models and in line with Novartis Learning Strategy
Explore innovative opportunities and apply them to learning programs
Promote Novartis learning opportunities through learning campaigns and events
Collaborate with all involved partners (HR leaders, T&D Managers of divisions, Business leaders) to identify key learning needs and offer appropriate solutions
Leverage global content liaising with Global Learning Centre, internal facilitators` team and external providers
Learning programs` implementation, regular support, improvement and measurement of impact
Ensure high level of customer happiness by delivering the best learning solutions.
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
University degree; additional education in educational sciences, change management, coaching would be an advantage
English — proficient in written and spoken (must)
7+ years professional experience in learning, employee development or talent management
Track record of introducing new strategies, innovative learning methods and use of technology and transforming learning within organizations
Strong partner management (especially with Senior Leaders), project management, advising, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
