Huawei is searching for a Senior Lawyer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall legal support of wholesale and retail business for top manufacturer of consumer devices (smartphones, tablets etc.);
Contracts review and drafting; participation in contracts negotiation;
Reviewing business correspondence;
Ensuring legal compliance of the company’s advertisement and marketing activity;
Support of e-shop activity;
Preparation of rules of promotion events conducting (lottery etc.);
Identification of legal risks and suggesting mitigation measures;
Handling consumer claims and disputes;
Handling commercial disputes (unauthorized use of the company’s trademark, parallel import, disputes with suppliers etc.);
Advising on labor laws.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE:
At least, 5 years of work experience in similar area (wholesale and retail of consumer devices);
Fluent English (capability to review and draft legal documents in English);
Litigation experience;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Skilled user of MS Word and Excel;
Good knowledge of Local laws, especially: consumer protection, advertisement, contract, personal data protection, IPR, private international and labor laws;
Understanding of retail (especially e-shop) and wholesale business;
Understanding of advertisement and marketing activities.
