IKEA is looking for a Senior Lawyer (Operations, Centres support).
Requirements:
Completed university degree in legal (civil specialization is a plus);
Work experience in legal sphere more than 3 year;
Experience in Commercial Real Estate industry is a must;
Knowledge of the contract state registration procedure and market practice, relevant laws and regulations;
Intermediate level of English language (both written and spoken);
Deep knowledge of civil, land, town-planning law, contract law, procedural law;
Able to handle variety of tasks;
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, good team-player;
Upper-Intermediate level of English language (both written and spoken);
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Responsibilities:
Draft contracts (supply, services, construction, design, etc.) and other legal documentation;
Provide legal advices and counselling according to Russian law;
Monitor and update contracts, addendums and agreements according to requirements;
Document signing control;
Control and coordinate process of lease agreements registration;
Secure and review the legal aspects of advertising facilities registration process;
Provide full legal expertise and support for Utilities projects: preparing legal opinions (due- diligences); support of technical conditions obtaining process; focus on construction and operation of utility networks, connection of capital structures to the utility infrastructure and supply systems and calculation of connection fees; construction/reconstruction and putting into operation objects of utility infrastructure; support process of permission documentation obtaining;
Advising on matters concerning industrial safety of properties in operation. Maintain the process of delegation of authorities in this respect;
Provide legal support during the Company inspections held by state authorities;
Support Company’s Functions with advice on legal issues and requests;
Manage complex projects and communication across multiple groups: Finance, Operations, Risk, Asset Management, Construction, etc.;
Update and maintain standard procedures, documents forms, contracts templates.
