LEGO is looking for a passionate and energised Senior Key Account Manager, with strong retail franchise partner exposure in Russian markets.

 

Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for one of the most strategic partnerships in the REEMEA region
Develop LEGO Certified Store (LCS) local strategy and Joint Business Plan to support retail expansion (including omni sales and flagship launch)
Actively contribute to LEGO.RU project development and launch
Improve partner value proposition towards consumer and shopper in close collaboration with Global and Regional Teams)
Represent LCS Russia in front of Regional and Global teams being a go-to person for these teams
Meet agreed targets and performance standards like consumer sales, selling-in, online sales share, RCS, D2C share, Stock Turn, in-stock, in-store execution within agreed planned budget
Development & negotiation of trade terms and the implementation of commercial / account plan (in cooperation with the Channel Director) contributing to in-country profit and loss
Play your part in our team succeeding

 

Do you have what it takes:

Franchise background in international brand operating partner stores (min. 3 years)
Key Account Management (min. 3 years)
Retail Experience in Store Operations, Marketing and Training (min. 3 years)
A natural negotiator with strong communication and commercial business development skills
Financial acumen (Retail P&L management) with a confident analytical approach
Results orientated with flexible approach
High level education in economics / business / marketing (University or college degree)
Willingness to travel (around 20%).
