Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Senior HR Specialist Russia and CIS  (Advanced Sterilization Products) who will be responsible for translating the HR-related needs of the Business into efficient HR solutions.

 

Here’s Where You’ll Demonstrate Your Competencies
Partner with multiple leaders and employees to ensure HR related requests are executed smoothly
Execute HR administrative and HR generalist tasks in a timely manner
Support all HR related processes such as Payroll and Recruitment, but also annual HR processes (eg P4G)
Help implement and adapt our HR processes to the region requirements
Deliver Onboarding and other HR trainings in the Russia and CIS region
Actively participate in problem-solving and process improvements for the defined geography
Help evolve the company’s culture, including driving employee engagement to enable a high performing workforce that contributes to strategic growth
Ensure key HR business systems, metrics and workforce analytics are in place to identify areas of concern and support the creation and execution of plans to address any gaps
Ensure the integrity of employee relations’ practices
Collaborate with the wider EMEA HR team and contribute beyond Russia & CIS
Ad hoc Project work

 

Here’s What We’ll Need From You
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Degree in Human Resources is desired.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a human resources specialist in a large commercial organization, previous experience in Pharma or Medical Devices is a plus, but not a must
Experience in driving HR initiatives and independently executing HR administrative tasks for your region
Experience in recruitment will be your advantage
Demonstrated ability to analyze various data and make linkages across complex organizational or business concepts, strategy, structure and processes
Advanced know-how in Russian labor law is a must
Hands-on and can-do mentality required
Fluency in Russian and English , verbally and in writing is a must
Previous HR experience in M&A is a strong asset
