Snap is looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to join People team.

 

What you’ll do:

Serve as a point of contact to team members, answer questions, and help employees navigate all aspects of our talent offerings (through the HR-EMEA Inbox)
Collaborate with HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, Talent Operations, Payroll, HRIS and other cross-functional team members on supporting client organizations, developing processes and iterating on existing ones to create greater efficiency
Handle internal movement and departures working alongside cross functional partners and headcount changes
Maintain and update internal HR documentation, including transfer/promotion letters and immigration postings
Execute and deliver on internal process improvements to drive effectiveness and efficiencies for client-facing HR team
Manage and organize data in a way that makes it reliable, consumable and allows the team to make insightful data driven decisions
Create systems and processes that keep the team organized and armed with information
Develop HR communications, resources and materials in support of local initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
Experience working in HR or related field
Experience working in a fast paced, high growth, matrixed organization

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Mac and Google applications, such as sheets, slides, and docs.
Knowledge of basic functions in Excel or/and Google Sheet
English mandatory — knowledge of another European language preferred — German, French or Russian
