Successful media publisher TheSoul Publishing is looking to hire an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide both strategic and hands-on support to Limassol HQ and Global video teams.

 

Responsibilities:
Work with senior management and implement HR plans and solutions.
Collaborate with global HR functions on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
Partner with the business supporting the rapidly changing priorities and business focus
Work with line managers and employees to address employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the company
Develop, design global policies and procedures, and consult on HR effectiveness, services and tools
Introduce, develop and manage an array of HR technologies that will enable the HR function to offer efficient and proactive services to the business clients

 

Requirements:
7+ years of proven working experience as Senior HR Manager/ HR Business Partner/ HR Executive/ HR Operations Lead/ Delivery Lead/ Senior HR Ninja
Native Russian and a strong level of English language (Upper Intermediate +)
Proficient knowledge of modern HR tools, methods and best practices (BambooHR, Impraise, ATS, assessment and e-learning tools, etc.)
Proven competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Strategic and systemic thinking
People-oriented and results-driven
Team-player
