The Senior HR Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting the HR Head and Functional Heads of the business in developing and deploying the enterprise People and HR agendas, driving business success, and fostering a culture where all associates can thrive. Additionally this role will play a crucial role in developing and leading successful transversal enterprise initiatives, partnering with other HR BP (locally and Regionally) and other cross-functional/ cross- segment senior leaders to drive overall unit effectiveness and transformative change (ex. Landing Reinvention, Great Line Management capability uplift, Inclusion & Diversity agenda, Segment behavior & mindset shifts, Digital acceleration in the segment).

 

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the HR Head, Functional Heads and above-market counterparts to establish and deploy short and long term strategies in the areas of culture, talent, change management and organizational development to drive business success; ensure the people agenda is deployed and effectively actioned while driving a balance of business and associate advocacy
Use Organizational Development (OD) principles and data analytics to develop and deploy rigorous people plans and strategies for demand and corporate functions that supports business growth and associate development/engagement; develop and engage in appropriate OD interventions that strengthen the health of the organization and enable a high performance culture
Work closely with Centers of Expertise (ex. Rewards, Talent, etc.), Regional HR BPs to collaboratively design and deploy interventions specific to Mars Wrigley needs, or to deploy global standard processes; work closely with respective teams to continuously improve the operating model and associate experience with the model elements
Drive efficiency across the HR operating model by facilitating the adoption of Mars signature programs, leading and managing unit specific projects, and providing HR support to functional leadership teams.
Partner with cross-functional senior leaders to lead the people, change and culture elements of large transversal enterprise initiatives
Partner with Service & Finance, Marketing cross-segment senior leaders to support x- segment Talent agenda.
Support deployment of segment signature projects (ex. Landing Reinvention, Great Line Management capability uplift, Inclusion & Diversity agenda, Segment behavior & mindset shifts, Digital acceleration in the segment).
Act as a trusted coach and credible partner to the senior leaders within respective functional leadership teams.

 

Qualifications/Education Required:
7 or more years of progressive HR and/or leadership experience
HR Generalist experience working at senior levels across different segments, or senior leadership and demonstrated strength in people leadership in another function
Solid knowledge of global and local policies and practices and understand their application in solving business needs and ability to provide guidance
Demonstrated experience using the organizational development life cycle (hypothesis, data, analytics insights, diagnosis, creation of strategy or intervention, deployment, measure and sustain) or other functional equivalent
Demonstrated capability in leading large scale change management (ex. significant functional level or enterprise level)
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field.
Upper-Intermediate English skills
