The Walt Disney Company is looking for a Senior HR Advisor.
HR advisors oversee the human resources administrative procedures in a company and ensure that labor policies are implemented. They are responsible for the hiring, payment, benefits, and departure of staff and they have up-to-date knowledge of company policies.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all employees in his/her account regarding all HR processes, systems and practices carried out by Human Resources Department i.e. performance evaluation, recruitment, on boarding, talent management, salary increase and organizational change
- Recruitment support for relevant business units
- Pro-actively develop strong working relationships with key business and HR stakeholders, which enable a solution-orientated approach to delivering HR initiatives
- Apply commercial thinking and an understanding of the business and HR to provide pragmatic and informed HR solutions and ideas which meet both the business needs and fit with the HR agenda
- Develop new ideas, seeing issues from multiple angles, acting with a sense of curiosity and urgency and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement
- Facility with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and using data to drive decision-making
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate career development actions, provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Act as a bridge between local, regional and global teams
- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion within the organization, personally and programmatically
The Experience Company Requires From You:
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years' experience, preferably in a multinational company with experience of operating within a shared service environment
- A flexible way of thinking, able to navigate company processes and practices to find solutions for unique business problems
- Practical, action-oriented mind-set that thrives in dynamic fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of managing client relationships - proven experience operating at HR Business Partner level and managing clients at Director level and above
- Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and partners across many groups and geographies
- Ability to quickly develop organisational savvy, political navigation and sensitivity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Turkish language both verbal and written)
- Strong Time Management skills

- Resiliency to working in the “gray”
