A leading global provider of information and communications technology Huawei is recruiting a Senior HR Administrator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keeping documentation of relations with personnel of entrusted business units:
Administration of the process of on-boarding, dismissal, transfer of employees;
Administration of labor relations with foreign employees. Submission regulated notifications to Migration Office ;
Documentary support of payroll (Time sheet, orders for vacation, business trips, benefits, etc.);
Keeping up-to-date HR database (1C, Excel, internal company IT systems);
Administration of employee insurance programs;
Administrative support of Bank salary project;
Communication with Pension Fund, preparation and submission of information SZV-M, SZV-STAZH, SZV-TD;
Issuance of certificates to employees;
Familiarization of employees with administrative and local regulatory acts.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
A bachelor’s degree or above;
4+ years’ experience in the field of HR administration in companies with a staff of at least 500 employees. Experience of work with foreign employees will be an advantage;
Knowledge of the Labor Code, the rules for the issue and storage of HR documentation;
Strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate or above);
Experienced user of the program 1C 8.2, 8.3;
Experienced user of Excel.
