inDrive is looking for Senior Growth Project Manager.
Growth Team Mobility is leading CRM & Product Marketing activities to maintain sustainable growth of mobility verticals: Intercity transportation, Courier and Freight delivery. The company is looking for an experienced manager to join as a Growth Operations Manager, to lead key projects and increase Mobility Marketing team’s efficiency by working on the processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key Growth projects from initiation to completion
- Identify areas for improvement within Mobility Marketing processes, including cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Process Optimization
- Streamline workflows and implement efficiency measures to enhance overall effectiveness
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Data Analysis
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives
As a Growth Operations Manager you will lead the product marketing efforts and contribute in:
- Cross-usage increase and superapp users growth
- Increase in AVG check per user/frequency /retention
- Marketing budget optimization due to horizontal approaches to acquire and retain users
- And by working on the initiatives of operational processes of Marketing Mobility, you will have direct impact on: number of hypothesis tested by marketing teams per month, time to market of marketing projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry
- Strong advantage if the candidate has the experience of building super apps, loyalty programs or other cross-vertical projects within one service
- Language skills: Advanced English
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Data driven approach to validate strategy on the ideas stage and strong project management on execution phases
- Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of the product development process and the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
- Market Expertise: Proven experience in market research, competitor analysis, and market segmentation
