Borjomi is searching for a Senior Global Brand Manager.
Scope:
Development of holistic marketing strategy and communication plan to support the launch of Borjomi into new markets.
Development Borjomi Portfolio Strategy and Innovation Expansion plan for Newly Established Markets.
Interaction with the cross-functional team in the framework of the implementation of the Borjomi Brand Expansion strategy in the new markets (US/Israel/Germany/UK/etc.).
Managing Special Projects for Established markets. i.e., working on Brand Packaging.
Special brand activation campaigns for Key Retailers (Joint Value Creation Programs).
Day to day management of international agencies, specializing into branding, naming, concept writing and creative development.
Planning and controlling of budget for market expansion projects and special projects.
Requirements:
Higher education, with major in marketing (BA-hons); MBA is a plus.
At least 7 years’ experience in marketing in blue chip multinational FMCGs, out of 3 years working on innovations or market expansions. Experience In Regional/Global role is huge plus.
Proven track record in Communication Development & New Packaging Development.
Solid Knowledge of Digital/SMM and new paradigm communication tools.
Knowledge of the traditional and digital tools of marketing research.
Language Skills: English; Russian (Fluent).
Confident user of MS Office.
