HAVI is searching for Senior Finance Specialist (Treasury Russian Speaker).
Responsibilities:
Performs Cash Management activities including bank statements posting, cash allocation and application and reconciliation of the company’s bank accounts
Clarifies any payments that are not automatically applied and require manual application
Clears/matches open payments as per payment advise or agreement
Manages and reconciles Direct Debit in a timely manner
Effectively reviews and troubleshoots unapplied payments in order to resolve and apply against customer accounts
Performs month-end closing activities
Prepares process documentation
Takes part in internal and external audits
Improves and develops internal process and controls
Desired Skills & Experience:
Very good knowledge of Russian language (min C1 or native)
Very good knowledge of English (speaking and writing on B2 level)
At least 3 years of experience in related field (Finance/Treasury)
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics would be a strong asset
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in 1C system would be a strong asset
Strong attention to details and analytical mind
Ability to manage multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
Well-organized, results-oriented team-player, with proactive attitude and strong communication skills
