PepsiCo is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant.

 

PepsiCo Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa are currently looking for a motivated, professional and confident Executive Assistant. The candidate will provide high quality executive support to members of PepsiCo Europe Sub-Saharan Executive team.
PepsiCo’s Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa (ESSA) division spans 11 time zones and more than 65 countries, offering global iconic brands such as Pepsi, Tropicana and Quaker Oats as well as well-known local brands such as Alvalle soups in Spain, Чудо (Chudo) dairy in Russia and Duyvis nuts in the Netherlands.
The right candidate will be someone who is highly organized and is able to support busy and complex diaries. You’ll be able stay calm under pressure and keep up in a fast paced office environment with a positive attitude and willingness to get involved. This is a busy role and although there are always people around to offer advice or support, a lot of your working day will be spent on your own so you will need to be able to plan and effectively prioritize your work load.

 

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Duties will include multiple diary, email and calendar management to ensure smooth day to day running of the supported executives in close collaboration with key team members across the organization
  • Extensive travel arrangements
  • Organising, co-ordinating and planning meetings/conferences
  • Arranging video and telephone conferences
  • Full expense report management
  • Preparation of presentation decks if required
  • Maintaining e-filing systems
  • Coverage within the Executive PA team as/when required
  • Ad hoc project

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years as Executive Assistant experience in a multinational environment, preferably within a FMCG company with experience of supporting more than one manager
  • Strong commercial awareness with a curiosity to understand the business
  • Flexible attitude and approach to work in terms of content of role and working hours
  • Ability to manage confidential information and data
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate across all levels within the business as well as with external clients and customers, across different countries
  • Ability to work in a fast moving environment with a proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, sense of urgency
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to find solutions to issues quickly and effectively with capability to make rational judgement calls
  • Team worker who shares best practices and processes with a positive approach to work and willing to help others
  • An outgoing enthusiastic self-starter, service orientated, client focused, with commitment and a professional manner
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent PC skills including Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Email
