What specialist the company is looking for:
- Motivated & self-organized able to support the delivery of high-quality & successful events.
- Creative, mature & skillful in event management with the focus on strengthening Innotech brand in Russia & CIS and promoting it in the target regions through effective event planning and execution.
- Self-starter with a catchy eye on problem solving, detail-oriented, able to work cross-functionally with all levels of employees, including senior leaders.
- Interested in fintech and eager to learn more.
What tasks you will be working at:
- Long- and short-term event planning, incl. own & external events, sponsorship & delegate participation virtually & on site (geography includes Russia, CIS, Middle East & South East Asia).
- Managing event planning process from A to Z: defining goals & objectives, costs & total budget, building event dedicated team, confirming speakers & participants, creating promo plan in close collaboration with Corporate Comms and Digital Marketing teams, maintaining reliable relations with event organizers, effectively managing suppliers and ensuring sustainable reporting on the event.
- Monitoring competitors’ event activities and tracking event industry trends (specially in fintech).
- Ensuring seamless & timely document flow for all event activities.
What the requirements are:
- BA/MA degree in advertisement, marketing, public relations etc.
- 5+ years of experience in event management (preferably in IT sector).
- Native Russian speaker. Advanced / Proficiency level of English (both oral & written) is a must. Knowledge of Arabic/ French would be your advantage.
- Ready and able to travel across different time zones.
- Knowledge of fintech/ banking sector would be your advantage.
