- Adidas Concept stores buying
- Factoty Outlet buying
- Wholesale buying
- In-season trading
- Allocation
Main Tasks:
- Team Management and Development (30+ FTE)
- Buying volumes management for Concept Stores, Factory Outlets, WHSL
- Support in assortment planning for stores
- In-season trading decisions making for Concept Stores and Factory Outlets
- Product matrixes creation for Concept Stores
- Marketing campaigns launch and implementation with results tracking
- New stores opening (product availability)
- Product allocation to Concept Stores and Factory Outlets in CIS (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan)
- Replenishment process management and optimization
- Stock turnover in stores control and management
- Stock reporting system implementation and support
- Ontime in full launch of new collections and marketing campaigns
- Buying and allocation processes automatization and optimization
- Project management
